Was Hesitant at first when my boyfriend suggested we drive up to 72nd and eat at this location…I usually go to the one on 1st. But as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff, plenty of room…for social distancing. The food was great and the portions are large…it was nice to take some leftovers home lol! Definitely recommend!!! We will be back for sure!
NYT on 72nd is my favorite place to get my teriyaki, sushi, & Korean food fix (hello, bulgogi)! They use the freshest ingredients and the staff are always super nice and helpful. I'm a little confused reading some of the reviews here about the portions. Whoever says the portions are small must have an appetite of an overweight giant because I ALWAYS have leftovers to take home. Here are some photos of my last meal. We ordered the chicken katsu which is a Japanese style breaded chicken fillet, the chicken yakisoba (spicy of course), & the volcano roll. 5/5 recommend this spot for good grub!
Good food, great selection of sushi rolls. Prices are reasonable considering quality and portions. Service is fine, but not stellar.
This food is so amazing!!!! Omg. I got the #38 Benatar I take wanted done teriyaki. Completely hit the spot. Tasted exactly how I hoped and better. Thank you so much. Amazing prices too!! And just the right amount of busy.
Food good. Price slightly high, but portions are large. The "cole slaw" on the fish & chips was actually a garden salad. But it was OK.
All good preferred was tasty and hot. Clean! A fave spot in Yakima. :)
