I normally eat at this brand (location) 3, maybe 4, times a year. Normally my visits are 4+, but today I think it was just a bad day all around.
To start, the phone app would not work. The person taking my order (I think -HOPE- he was new) could not get the rewards I had earn
Drive-thru not too bad
The lady that took our order was patient in helping me figure out what drink I can have because of diabetes the guy that took our payment he was very nice respectful and couldn't hear him very well cuz his mask but other than that very enjoyable and then it looked like it was
I gave a 4-star rating simply because of the spicy flavors on my non-spicy nuggets & fries. Must be sharing the oils? Other than that, good as always.
Usually I love going here for the breakfast menu until today! They changed my mind however I no longer love their honey butter chicken biscuit, especially since the hot ones came out. Be sure to specify you don't want the hot one ...in which I did, but that what I got. I can't have spicy food becaus
Customer service was on point. The new strawberry frosty is tasty.
Great staff, super friendly with great service. Food is good, and we love the apple chicken bleu cheese salad...drool! YUM! Thank you for all the options!
Not a huge fan of fast food, but I LOVE Wendy's. Fries are the best. That is, only if you dip them in your chocolate frosty...it's good, I promise. Try it!
Haven't been to a Wendy's for some time. When we ordered we asked aboit a specific burger combo. The cashier was very knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome. The food was tasty and fries hot and crisp. A good experience. I'll come back.
