Just wanted to brag about these guys tonight! They MADE my night! I ordered around 10 pm Tuesday night, no sauces or hut flavor crust :( and pizza was folded.. I called and was immediately transfered to Powell the manger I believe his name was. And was given a remake and sauces...AND a LOVELY note from this crew! "Abby we at pizza hut are really sorry hope we made it up to you. Have a great night -love pizza hut"
You guys are amazing and I'll always call you guys for my pizza cravings!! Thank you guys!!
I have to say that the first thing that I really liked, is that they were very busy, and running a little behind. Our driver was amazing and gave me a call to let us know what the hold-up was and to ensure he had the proper address. He showed up 10 minutes after leaving the store with our food. He was very kind and polite when he came to the door, and took our warning of neighbors stealing food orders from others from porches. The pizza and chicken were absolutely amazing.
Update: I am editing my original review to include my most recent interaction. I had an issue with this location and only a day after airing my issue, I was contacted by corporate. They were very kind and helpful and looked into the promotion I mentioned and showed really great customer service and efficiency so I’m giving Pizza Hut a 5 for overall experience with the company. I will continue to patronize this company!
Original review: This place is kind of ridiculous. I cancelled my order with them just now based on principle. We had a coupon in the mail for Pizza Hut in the yakima area advertising a big dinner box for $24.99. Called to place the order and told them about the coupon and that it didn’t have a coupon code but it was in print. The lady on the phone said they needed a code and couldn’t honor it so she offered to out her manager on the phone. The manager proceeds to tell me the same thing and that they cannot honor it without a code.. they can’t honor their own coupon...from their own company..in the yakima area... I understand that the price difference was negligible, however, on principle I asked them to cancel my order because I don’t like to spend more where they don’t honor their advertised prices. The manager could have easily asked to see the coupon and adjusted the price but choose to cancel our order instead and I think that makes no sense.
The toppings were appropriate, taste good, and price for the product was also good. EDIT: just had another order 6/26 and was also plenty satisfied with the order. I wasn't expecting the delivery at our back door and didn't hear the knock or my phone ring. But the ring was to let me know she was back there, and although she came around to the front, the pizza was still hot and fresh. Also appreciated the extra effort to let us know she was there.
Ordered through the app. Got my pizza and looks like the driver was drifting enroute to delivery. Called back and person who took the call sent out a new one. Much better the 2nd time photo of them side by side. Giving 5 stars for excellence of service delivery drivers just need to chill out on the round abouts. This is coming from a retired truck driver.
I had some misunderstanding with this place but I believe in God and I appreciate their service with me even tho they will never service me again that's on me I gotta do better as a customer and a person God bless all of them and their families.
