It's sad when the employees have such great customer service but, the facilities are so filthy, restrooms are horribly filthy and need to be cleaned very badly. The toys look like they haven't been clean since last Christmas. There was food all over the floors and tables. we were the only two customers in the whole building with so many employees behind the desk they still couldn't find time to clean.🤔

It's remarkable how slow this fast food restaurant is. I forget about the fact that it takes at least 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru every time I stop in, which is not very often. The food is what you'd expect from a Burger King. If you're like me, you usually go through fast food because you don't have a bunch of time.....which presents an issue for this 'fast food' establishment.
During my trip here it took 21 minutes to get to the drive thru window with only 3 cars ahead of me. I figured that maybe an order in front of me was huge, but there were only a few bags handed to the cars in front of me so that seems unlikely. For myself, an order of 4 chicken nuggets and two chicken sandwiches was still not ready. It took seven minutes of waiting at the window to get our food. Total trip here was 28 minutes! Ridiculous! It gets better...I didn't check the completeness of my order because I was now 10 minutes late to my next stop. They forgot half of the kids meal! This is probably my fault for assuming they would get it right.....
I can't recommend this place unless you're looking for slow service or you're spending time in the kids area and time is of no consequence. Check out the other fast food joint across the street for way better service.

Great price, but service is pretty poor
as far as value goes, we like that you can get things much cheaper than any other fast food place.even to the point that it is cheaper here than other Burger Kings in the area. We like that they also they give out free ice cream cones to the kids. however as far as service goes it is very poor. We often wait long times in line I waited twenty-seven minutes today in the drive through. There was only two people ahead of me in the Drive-Thru line and three people inside. Last time we waited over 45 for inside service. We do not order overly hard orders, usually just no onions or something but it is very rare that they get our order right.

If you value businesses that are making a true and concerted effort to maintain services without contact, this is a great place for eating. The kids who work here make every effort to do things correct and unlike other restaurants in this neighborhood they get your order right every time which I think makes eating here worthwhile.

The speed of the service was ok. There was no one ahead of me and no cars in the parking lot. I know I should have checked before I drove away. The french fries were some of the worst I've had in a long time. Over done and way, way, way over salted. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I recognized the voice as that of the one who took my order. "Would you like me to replace them?" I told him "no, the reason for drive through is to keep going while eating." "That's all I can do" was his reply. This place is racking up the one star reviews. Management, either local or regional might consider stopping by, unannounced of course.

Waited in the drive through for twenty minutes (no exaggeration ). Didn't even get to place my order, placed on hold when I got to the speaker, when all the cars in front of me (3) had finally left I just drove through and went to McDonald's across the street. I work fast food myself, there isn't much of an excuse for that length of time during lunch.

The bun was dry that Patty was dry and overdone and my onion rings tasted like they were made yesterday and reheat today

Pathetic. I have had brutal service from obviously poorly trained and indifferent employees. Waited at the drive thru for about five minutes and finally a voice says "I'll be with you in a moment." Five minutes later still no answer, so I pulled up and saw no one was ahead of me, no customers in the store, but employees yucking it up with apparently a friend of theirs. This is a typical experience at this location and has been getting worse with time.If you just want a burger, go across the street to the other chain, at least they're somewhat well trained at customer service.
