Coffee is great. Sometimes they forget the little things like straws for iced drinks, napkins or knife for cream cheese. Irrigation after you drive off. Come on. Focus on the customer needs.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in yakima, their staff is always friendly and they never get my order wrong unlike other locations I have been to. If they get a minor thing wrong they correct it immediately which is great customer service in my opinion 😊🤎

I like this store location and the staff is friendly. I was not happy about them using a plastic venti cup to make my coffee just to dump it in my reusable one though. Isn't that the point of a reusable cup? To cut down on the plastic waste.

Not big on the branding, but the coffee is pretty good. My folks had stock in the place so I gave it a star nudge. Find a mom and pop place for real atmosphere.

I just had an Americano and it was good. Good wait time for order even though it was crowded. Excellent service.

We got there right at rush hour apparently - we had two mobile orders in our vehicle, and about 8-10 cars ahead of us. They breezed us through pretty quickly though, and the gal at the window was super friendly. One of the better Starbucks that I have been to.
