First of all it’s been years like 10+ since I’ve been into any subway. Last few times I’ve had very bad experiences so thought we’d give it a try again.
Come in last night ordered a Baja Steak & Jack & a Baja turkey avocado salad.
First of all the Baja steak & Jack I had to tell them to put the Jack cheese & Baja sauce on it & then they didn’t put the avocado or Baja sauce on the salad. I asked about was told that they don’t carry sliced avocados so they put a BIG blop of guacamole on top of salad. How disappointing.

Always have to wait for a meatball sandwhich. The only thing my husband will order. But I love all the fresh veggies on mine.

Food was cold, service was bad. It was either a new employee or she just didn't care. Put my beef in oven pulled it out to counter, then made another order.

I order a 3 foot sub for our Seahawk game. It was better than the game. It was so fresh, tasty, and was stacked with veggies and meat. My whole family enjoyed it. The staff there were friendly and my order was on time. Will definitely come back again before the season is over.! Tbank you Terrace Height Subway!

I've always liked this Subway. Very kind and friendly employees. They went above and beyond today! I submitted an order online during the lunch hour. When I got home, I realized one of my sandwiches was wrong, so I took it back. They gladly remade it for me and even snuck a couple cookies in for free! Excellent customer service and tasty sandwiches!

This is a great Subway. It's always clean & the employees are probably the friendliest employees in this whole town! Lunch gets busy, but they're still kind, extremely quick, proficient, & pleasant. They even smile.
It's a Subway folks... let's not pretend it's a fancy anything. If you're hungry it gets the job done & the bread's fresh. Don't complicate it.

Honestly, Subway is probably the worst sub place in town but it's close to work. The food is crazy over priced for what you get. Maybe it's a personal thing, maybe I'm old, but they hip hop they play, just a little too loud, grates on me. I even liked the song that was on today. The service is pretty good and it's clean, though.
