Lately they have been doing great with my burritos. warm, filled right. And I also didn't get charged the new price for the cheesy bean and rice burrito- which is starting to get expensive at $2. I add extra beans to one and extra meat to the other. So far very satisfied with that and the drive thru
Taco Bell is one of my favorite place to go if I'm hungry and don't have alot of time. They have a really big selection, and the staff is very friendly. I just got a couple soft tacos to hold me over until dinner at home, but it's good anytime, day or night. They are also open extra late every night
They got our special order correct, they were polite, the wait was short. I mean, it's fast food, it shouldn't be that long, unless they're busy. Either way, it's taco bell...... what else can you say about it?
I just went through the drive thru window and I just don't understand how customer service gets overlooked at this restaurant. The drive thru cashier was rude and short with us. He gave us the wrong order and then got an attitude when we told him it wasn't correct. He basically threw our food at us
Second time they gave me someone else's order in the drive through.... staggering level of incompetence- having managed Taco Bells before, I know little they must care to keep making this mistake. Way better options in the area!
My first time going to this location and it was absolutely terrible service. First, they gave us the wrong order, with items we didn't even ask for. Taco Bell drive thru combined with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Easy to order and fast to pick up. This location also offers in-room dining.
This particular store is always messing up and your usually short an item or they gave you the wrong item and sometimes I've waited long wait times for my food. Just a little more effort would be great.
