What a cool place! We were originally going to go to another restaurant in this little center but their outdoor seating wasn't open and my son said the inside smelled bad, so we asked if he wanted sushi instead since we saw this place and I'm SO glad we changed plans! The atmosphere was great even though it had just opened and we were the first customers, so sometimes restaurants can be awkward if you're the only ones, but there were things to look at and everything was just pretty!
But looks aren't everything, so we waited for the food and we were not disappointed. It was delicious! The rolls were generous with the fish and not just a roll of thick rice like some places. And the two specialty rolls we ordered were amazing. Each tasted so different from the other, yet so delicious, we couldn't pick a favorite. I would love to go back for dinner and try some of the cocktails and other entree dishes. The desserts also look fabulous. I hope they keep up the good quality because I would definitely make the drive to go again!

Ate at the Sushi Bar 4 consecutive nights. Simple, fresh, tasty and SAFE food.
A little jewel in Yonkers, and within walking distance from the Hilton Hampton Inn Yonkers. Enjoy a drink with no risk.
Great service. Everyone here is super nice and very helpful at suggesting new things. 2nd time here and been great every time. Food was excellent and sushi was really fresh. Good place for a date. Very hip and modern.
I have been to this place twice and both times were wonderful. I had the sushi and the steak hibachi. Loved both dishes.
At first I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. But then I thought, is the food at Iso worth 5 stars? The answer is yes.
The sushi is fresh and tasty. The prices are also reasonable. The spicy tuna (in the picture) was $6 for 6 pieces. Definitely a good price for the quality.
The spicy tuna gyoza was a little weird, it was more like a fried wonton. It was also served with guacamole. In the future, I’d probably go ahead and pass on that dish. But the spicy tuna sushi was delicious, and I definitely recommend it!

Iso is a wonderful surprise find!
I was in the mood to try a different Japanese restaurant and came upon this on Google Map.
The chef paid exquisite attention to details: From how each dish was presented, to the thinly sliced and deliciously marinated ginger, to the strong wasabi.
Even the Sashimi Squid was finely cross-scored to make it easily edible and beautiful. The Chaos Roll was delicious and the Yellowtail Tartar was beautifully presented with citrus sauce that helped to add flavor to the Beyond Roll (comparing to how everything else was so full of flavor, this roll didn't have much flavor, but was absolutely beautiful, with tiny chunks of White Tuna and Caviar on top).
The price is cheaper than other fine Japanese restaurants as well!
The order of food that came was a bit different: Whatever was ready was served first - vs the appetizer before other dishes - that restaurants usually served. 😉
I am so glad to have tried out this restaurant, and will be recommending it to my church community for certain!
Nice place, good service. Full bar with seating area. Good rolls and nice and fresh sashimi. All you need to grab a quick lunch with friends.

Really good quality fish and unique flavors like the spiced marinara sauce. I have a feeling the meal would have been even better if it weren't for covid-19 outside dining. Arigato!
Everything served is so fantastic. Detailed decoration and serving attitude are very impressive to me. Especially I can say that fish quality is the best in the world. So fresh!!!

It's my neighborhood Japanese spot. We go here often. The food is delicious. They have a bar too. It's a great spot for family or hanging out with friends.

I had chicken teriyaki, kobe meatballs, salmon avocado rolls, and chocolate lava cake for dessert. Excellent (super friendly and fast) service and the food was great. I'll be coming back in the future.
My husband and I LOVE this place. Everyone on the staff is so pleasant and nice.
The fish is always fresh and they are SUPER GENEROUS if you ask for extra dressing and/or ginger.
It’s a great lunch spot too and weather permitting you can eat at the tables in the plaza area.
Definitely one of the top 3 sushi restaurants I have been to.

Excellent food...inventive and top quality. Hip place, great booths and super service--especially if you are a regular. And all that for reasonable prices even tho the fish is brought in from Japan. Both cooked and raw dishes are delicious. I try to go at least once a week. Best sushi in Westchester!
