Wonderful employees, very good food, clean restaurant.
I had the chicken avocado bacon with fried onion sandwich & the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream!! YUM!! 😋🤩 (My order came to $21. & change.)

Located in the Cross County shopping center, there's plenty of parking. I visited during lunchtime and they had plenty of staff. There was also alot of to-go and order pick ups, so you'd have to wait, even if it seems like there aren't many customers. This location has outdoor seating. Table service
Went during a mall event, it was packed took a while to get my food so had to change from dine in to takeout, which probably was best because they weren't able to clean the tables fast enough but the bathrooms were clean, service was excellent, we tried their non dairy vanilla shake which was very g

The quality of food at this shake shack is the same as any other I've been to. The burgers are always delicious. The employees taking orders are friendly enough. My only complaint is this place gets PACKED and you will have trouble finding seats.
Tried their Double Bourbon Bacon Shack burger. Definitely satisfied my Shack craving, as did the shake.

Often very busy. But food is good, usually a bit of a wait to get but not terrible unless you're hangry! Good seating options and menu options.
I asked for a cheeseburger & got this, i really thought it came with toppings like lettuce & tomato, next time i’ll ask for every topping i want or else i got a bare burger. It was good, just boring.
Their chicken bites are very moist and tender, the crinkle-cut fries are good plus the vanilla shake make it a great meal to have at Shake Shack! Service was good when I visited
