Jenna was our server, she was helpful and super attentive to our needs. The food came out quick and delicious. I won't recommend the waffle fries. Was very disappointed with the "loaded" part.
Different from my home location as in the atmosphere and abundance of people. Not crowded but busy. The people there are great and the food is always good!
Went there for a mother and daughter lunch. Sue was amazing. She was always checking in on us. The service was excellent
First time eating at this location. The restaurant is very well maintained and clean for a place connected to the cross county mall a very high traffic area. The food was good . The wait time wasn't bad either . The service provided by the staff was very professional and welcoming. They follow Covid procedures very seriously. Your plates and silverware are prepackaged. Overall all a great place to take a break from shopping and get a bite to eat .
Best time I've ever had, food was perfect, staff was perfect, drink was perfect.. food temperature was great. I've been to other location and this was the best time I've had.
I sat at the bar & the staff was so nice, pleasant & food was hot & came out fast! I would go back for happy hour again
Sat at the bar to have lunch during 1 of the best BBall games. Had a strong Margarita, the best bacon mac n cheese & asian chicken wings which I was told were more sweet than spicy & they were hot as hell to me. It was good food & a good time.
Your server Amanda did a excellent job today with us, she handled us and our food so well she was also super nice and attentive being on top of everything, and worked very hard today, very hospitable and making sure everything was perfect. hopefully she sees this and we will be sure to return just off the fact that our experience was so good. Shoutout amanda!
The restaurant in the Cross County mall is the absolute best one we’ve been to in the area! We will definitely be coming back here for the smiles, the great service and the “part of the family” treatment you get as soon as you walk in!

Update 8/16/23
Walked in & it seemed a bit packed for 3pm, so wasn't expecting a seat. Was told if we can wait in the waiting booth, where the cushion on the booth seat was ripped and a brown colored piece of plastic covered over it.
The hostess was cheery and asked me and my friend about our day at the beach, which she was keen and aware with our dress and bathing suits on. We explained we are coming from the brook pool. Was immediately refreshed and chilled by the hostess friendly demeanor.

where my friend & I were greeted by our waitress and server, the most excellent, attentive & courteous waitress/server that I've been aware of quite some time.
Now i might not remember the name, i think it could've been Amani or something similar. But she memorized our order on the special menu and had our drinks soon after.
By the time she was serving us food she was extremely attentive and made sure that we were ok and if we needed anything to feel free to let her know.
She came back about two more times throughout our wonderful meal asking if we needed anything and if everything was alright. We in fact needed some salt for the fries and a sippy cup to go before we checked out.
Not only was her services i feel top notch, with no fault of my own i was noticing the tables next to me and behind me.
Her section was very well organized and i noticed everyone else was happy with the service too.
When it was time for the check i politely signaled if i can have the check. I didn't realize she already put the check on the table. I felt like a fool, but was pleasantly happy.
Check out went without a hitch and we were not greeted on our way out.
4 years ago i gave this place a one star. I'm going to give 4 stars because, Applebee's has a excellent server on the frontlines.
I love this place because it's clean and the bathrooms are also clean and they make the foods fresh and my favorite is the chicken Alfredo and it's amazing and Applebee's is like the number one best restaurants ever.
My menu consists of Tilapia fish, mashed potatoes, Broccoli. The fish was so salty and too much pepper i was so hungry didn't want to send it back. I ordered a Pepsi it tasted like seltzer water sent it back, ordered mango lemonade it was horrible. I will not be going back.
Amazing food, good wait time, waitress was great when it came to helping us. Overall amazing service, would recommend!!!
