Mexitaly Brick Over Brewhouse is a family-friendly restaurant which also has an awesome bar and serves on-site brewed beer, cider or Meade on tap. The food is a mix between Italian and Mexican and everything is good, including the food, the service and the prices. Their seafood burrito is absolutely amazing, as well as their fish tacos! Highly recommend this restaurant!
First visit - I live in Virginia. I visit many breweries that also serve food. Had a “build your own” pizza and a flight of five beers. I was surprised at how quickly my pizza came out from the kitchen. It was very good (I would order it again when I come back except I may want to try something different). I ordered several different styles of beer from their tap list, all were good! I especially liked “In Trance” a memorable Belgian Tripel. Good first impression Mexitaly!
Mary and I have been growing fonder each time we stop in. The owner Greg is always pleasant and his food is top notch. The brewer Rick has been putting out some really nice beers. It’s worth the visit, stop in and say hello.
We LOVE their Mexitaly pizza! The best. Always add on the fresh guac and chips - very tasty. Friendly service and atmosphere. Greg, the owner, is always around making sure things run smoothly and quality is always high. We recommend it often to friends. Be sure to stop by.
I loved this place!!! The food (Stromboli) was excellent! The waitress at the bar was very good - very attentive and personable! Fun place! Will return. Oh, I forgot to say - most importantly, the Blonde Bock beee was very good!
Mexitaly Is my favorite place in East York. Great food, drink, and music! Even their Muzak is great (I soundhounded often... Daniel Lanios was the last artist of not. Whenever in East York, that’s my choice… I’ve been many times and have never been disappointed!
Great food and beer! Had gluten free options a well as some specialty cider! The food was quick and everything g that came out of the kitchen made me want to come back and try other things!

We stopped in last month to check out a band and loved the place so much we’ve been back 3x since. You’re going to find something you like here...food. Music. Beer. Atmosphere all get thumbs up and 5 stars
It looks really neat inside, clean, and spacious. We stopped in for lunch and I was happy they had some smaller options for each of the burritos. I had the tacoitto which sounded pretty delicious. It was cooked well, but didn't seem to have enough flavor. I would definitely stop in again to try something else though.
This place sounded interesting so we thought we'd give it a try. The food was excellent with good portion sizes. I tried the hot sauce flight which all of them were very good. Hubby added quac to his meal and it was great quality (we are very picky about our guacamole 😁) Restaurant had great atmosphere and we will return to sample their drinks. Our server Kellt was very friendly and we received fantastic service.
Went out to dinner on a Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed! There wasn’t a wait - which is hard to find on a weekend! - and there were plenty of choices on the menu to appease everyone. I got the margharita pizza and it was great! Super cool to watch the pizza making process with the brick oven as well. Prices are very reasonable as well! Highly recommend!
Favorite dining gem in York. 100% best tacos! I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered! Brew their own beer! Great staff too! All around an amazing spot!
Very, very pleasantly surprised! The chicken bbq and chicken Alfredo pizza were flavorful. The beer, was awesome. One of the better Dubbels I've had and the morning impact stout was fantastic. All around great and will definitely be back. My advice, keep your beer close and your brew master closer. Fantastic job
