My daughter is in ER at UPMC. Hadn't eaten yet this evening. Went to get her favorite. Got there at 9:00 - didn't realize they closed at 9. They took my order and made it quickly so that I could get back to her. They could have easily said "sorry we are closed". Thank you.

Not among the cheapest of fast food, but the staff seems happy and clean. Appreciate people who get one day off a week, to patronize and fill out the places of worship. My son likes their sandwiches, wife and daughter love their milk shakes. I imagine their delicious cookies.
They always has the best customer service but with such a high flow of traffic things tend to get hectic and sometimes mistakes happen. I asked for extra Chick-fil-a sauce and ketchup and they forgot both and I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich and it came with them, I picked those off
