I had the French onion soup and a flatbread sandwich. The soup was a perfect choice. Flatbread sandwich had tomato and mozzarella. While the taste of the sandwich was good, the tomato caused a lot of tomato water to come out of the sandwich making the sandwich soggy. Next time I will not order the sandwich. I will just order a bowl of the French onion soup. Staff was so nice.

Food great, always fresh, comes out pretty warm. I like that it's now brought to table. Prices are a bit high but good quality so I'm ok with that.

Food is legit. I got the tomato mozzarella and the juice kinda falls out everywhere but it just makes the experience more fun in my opinion. 10/10

I order from Panera Bread several times a month. I love the online ordering because it is simple and they get my order right every time. However, I made the mistake and ordered it for the wrong store today. Rob at east York PB didn't hesitate and made my order in less than 10 minutes getting me to my business meeting on time with great food. Excellent customer experience. Thank you for saving the day.

I have never had a bad experience at Panera. They always have healthy delicious food. The bakery section is such a bonus.

Location is easy to get to. It is busy due to having Walmart being in the same area
Staff was okay. If she would’ve smiled maybe it wouldn’t have been so painful to order from her. I’m sure it was just a hectic day for them.

Nice and specious place, with a lot of tables inside and some seats outside. We came on Thursday afternoon to get a warm snack. There were no customers inside, no queue. The service was fast and polite. We ordered a broccoli soup, paid 7.8 usd with a small tip. The food came fast, there was a slice of baguette to it, everything was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated that the plate and spoon were proper, not one-time plastic. Overall, I liked the place and can totally recommend it.
Quick service, good food. Courteous staff and and the restaurant is kept quite sanitized. Only thing is that the parking lot is a bit snug. Nice place to go eat if you want to relax for a bit.
