Absolutely amazing customer service! I HAD MY DRINKS STOLEN RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! However, when I explained what I thought happened they entire staff stopped, addressed my issue, and remade the drinks! No questions asked, my favorite place!
This Starbucks is fully staffed and the team is great. Everyone is a full steam and we'll trained. The coffee is pretty good also.
Had to change my review because recently I order 3x a week on uber eats and my orders are always missing add on’s that I pay a significant amount of extra $$ for not only that 3x in one week I ordered a vente hot coffee & half the cup was full when it’s a $1.95 add on for that size up so I paid for
The new people who work there are awful. Terrible customer service especially from Kayla who was at the drive thru. Kindly said one drink tasted like straight oat milk, if it could be remade. She proceeded to have a attitude & wanted to be right about it tasting fine.after remaking it clearly annoye
SUPER nice staff at this location. The store is small but was super busy on our visit. Drinks took a little longer than expected, but the staff kept us apprised of the order status. Our order was correct and delicious.

I love this Starbucks. They make me the best Caramel Ribbon Crunches. Layered, and blended perfectly.
There was only one other customer in the store when I was there. Four employees were on duty. It took 17 minutes to receive my drink from the time I paid at the register. I had to ask what was taking so long.
It was bad. I Asked for a Frappuccino with caramel and they gave it to me without it. We told her about it she just gave me a cup with alot of caramel and drop it on my car. When she was the one who had to do it.
