I mistakenly ordered from this location thinking it was the new location at the top of Mt Rose Avenue. Possibly one of the best mistakes ever. The staff here is friendly and seem happy. They chat amongst themselves and seem to truly enjoy working together. My drinks have always been delicious too! I realize staffing shortages have been a challenge at some locations but this location is on point!!!!!! ☕❤️

The place looked and smelled clean and like donuts. There were three girls working behind the counter. They had a rush in the drive thru so I very patient waiting in the lobby behind the customers ahead of me. When I did eventually reached the counter, the girl who appeared to be older than the other two had a nasty attitude. She didn't even acknowledge my presence and instead walked away cursing because it was too busy and she was irritable. She instructed the teen girl to take my order. She looked like she had just started working there seems a little bit lost about her duties but was still very attentive, friendly, and gave me the correct change. I would have given them more stars had the other girl been more professional.

This DD is the absolutely the best one located in York County if not farther. Their coffee and doughnuts are ALWAYS fresh. Can't beat the hospitality. We worth the extra drive!!

Poor customer service. I had to repeat my order 3x and when I asked for my order to be read back she read it back with missing items and with an attitude after already going over it. She did not provide me with the expected customer service. I would suggest finding better/more respectful employees if you want to keep customers. ( my order was taken around 11:40-11:50 01/16/21)

The employee I dealt with today was incredibly unprofessional! She was rude and had a horrible attitude!! And to top it all off she stuck her UNGLOVED bare hand (she also had very long pointed nails- completely unsanitary!!!!) in the munchkins and tossed them in the box. No thanks!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Price way out of line with other Dunkin’ restaurants. As an example, I ordered a large black coffee, 3 pumps caramel, and 2 sausage egg & cheese wraps. $10.25 at 1015 Mount Rose Dunkin’. $8.02 this morning at the 2270 East Market St York Dunkin’. There were no specials involved. Prices have been higher like this for years at Mt. Rose store, but now the discrepancy has become much worse. The same people own Mt Rose York, S Queen St York, and Cape Horn Rd Red Lion. All with the same inflated prices. Avoid these restaurants. I will from now on. The new store at 2905 East Prospect Rd has lower prices, too, like the East Market St restaurant. Support these stores.
On a positive note, the Mt Rose Dunkin’ employees have always been friendly and welcoming, especially at the drive thru.

Every time I come here, the staff is so friendly, good customer service and they always make the coffee to perfection. I appreciate that!

I love their iced and frozen coffees. Go there just about every day.
