My experience with dominoes was horrible I ordered a cheesesteak sub with no peppers and no mushrooms and they end up giving me just bread and I also ordered a personal pizza and pizza was even done so I would not recommend dominoes at all. I did go off and call them and tell them and they went ahead and banded me from their restaurant just because I let them know that they were wrong and that who took the order did not put the order in correctly so now they banded me from Domino’s and I was threatened to be having the cops called on me too by the by the manager. So if anything I will go off and re-think about ordering from the restaurant.

Unsatisfied 💔 I ordered two boxes of pizza earlier I ate the one box of pizza it was fine the second box of pizza I opened up later bit into the pizza to find out there's no sauce and they didn't even put ranch on top like I asked and I wasn't eating cheese and bread. I made a phone call to them I was respectful I explained the situation. The gentleman that was on the phone was not quite a gentleman he continued to hang up the phone and had no respect. If I was taking care of appropriately I wouldn't even be writing this but I will never order from this place again literally a whole box of pizza is going in the trash. If you work at a restaurant of any sort and you mess up the order you should fix it I'm spending my money on what I ordered specifically. The staff needs to get it together and I hope and pray that whoever manages this place really presses their employees about customer service. Or at least hire new employees that have some respect

After a long day of work I come home and decided I wanted some pizza from Domino's I placed a order for the 2 medium pizza and a order of wings. I asked them to put my wings in 3 times cause I like them well well done and this is what I get... ( pic to follow ) I calls back and speaks to the Manger and ge tells me if I don't like how there cooked put them in the oven myself and then hangs up on me....

Very disappointed with the manager who was on duty Saturday June 25th. I have delivery from the store on Wednesday June 15th and today he said I was not in the delivery area. Saw the guy visibly intoxicated when I picked up the order.
I love dominos but with people like this I will have to look for different pizza shops around the area.

One of the worst service. Ordered 7 large pizza and ask for plates and chilli flakes and parmesan cheese and just got 3 plates and 4 parmesan cheese no chilli flakes ask for more plates just given 3 more like 1 plate for each box. Ask for more says there will be charge no paper napkins. I usually go at Carlisle rd Dominos but i have a business so got pickup at this location but third class. I will never come to this location

When picking up it’s always fast and great . Delivery is another story . I totally understand places need help and I don’t mind waiting for an order but when the app says your order was finished at 915 and then sits there till someone delivers it and left the store at 1040 , that’s a bit much . Don’t make the order if you know it’s going to sit there for an hour before getting delivered . The pizza gets dried out ..

horrible customer service, very disrespectful too. First i had delivered a pizza and wings today and i had told them my phone number and they had wrote it down wrong. it has been and hr and i call them back and they say “you gave us the wrong number so we just sent our driver back” and so after they say that i continue to say “lemme talk to ur manager bc i know i gave you the right phone number my whole family heard me say it right” so the woman puts the manager on the phone and he begins to blame me for getting the number wrong. i continue to say “so r you guys still gonna deliver it..?” and he goes “no” and i go “my kids r hungry and i didn’t make them anything because i thought they’re food was coming” the manager then goes “sorry i guess ur kids ain’t getting fed”
the managers name is Kevin. he’s in his 20’s

Constant disappointment from this location. I understand that staffing is tough at the moment, but if a customer orders and is told it will be there in 30-40 minutes, and then 50 minutes later they don't have their order, MAYBE consider picking up the phone and calling them to explain there's a delay. Not that difficult.

Had my first custom-made Domino's pizza yesterday. It was AWESOME! Not to mention I absolutely love their bread twists! Staff is great to work with, and order was exactly as requested and on time. I will most definitely be ordering again from West York Domino's! Thank You!!!
