Slow service, unnecessary waiting, need more staffing, current staff should move faster and take class in customer service, food was fresh over all out of 10 give them a 5 because the food was very fresh, fresh oil in cooking great.
We visited the newly remodeled McDonald's in Hallam/East York.
They did a great job with the new interior. They now have 2 kiosks which you can place your order. Take a number and have a seat and you get table service. That was nice.

Stopped for dinner after work. Really wanted a McDonald's fountain coke but they were totally out of fountain drinks and the fries were old/barely warm. This is very unusual for this store. The employee was very nice and professional though.

This place usually has it together but I’ll drive down the street to the leaders heights McDonald’s to get a late dinner.
