Service is horrible, takes forever even when the drive thru isn't busy. Also didn't realize until today they are charging significantly more for every item then the McDonald's that is 2 miles away on memory lane. Definitely save yourself the time and money and go to the memory lane location.
If you say that you're open until a certain time, you should be open until that time. I did restaurant management for years and while it was frustrating when customers came in at the last minute or the last 15 minutes, it's our job. It is not that hard to make it fast food burger. The fries on the other hand were soft and cold. Obviously leftover from earlier in the day. Not fresh or hot and crispy at all. Stop trying to save a dime to make a buck off me McD's!!
Ordered a daily double, it wasn't busy but still took almost 10 mins when I opened my burger it looked more like a mayo sandwich. Not everybody loves extra mayo especially when you don't ask for it.🤢🤢
