I’ve ordered from CC many times, but I had another great experience and felt compelled to share. My delivery today was brought by a driver who was kind and quick to arrive, and so sweet and grateful for the tip I gave her (even after being the quickest driver I’ve had) that she more than deserved.
I am kicking myself for not asking her name, but she certainly deserves the praise. I’ve never had a bad experience with this place in general, their staff is always friendly, quick, and delivers your food hot and fresh.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My office used Carryout Courier all the time prior to the takeover by Mr. Delivery. Since the takeover, the drivers are always late and I have absolutely no faith that they will deliver our order correctly. I would not recommend anyone use this. I had to argue with several reps on the phone for OVER 45 minutes before they would even agree to refund our food. They were over an hour late even picking up our order, I had to order food from somewhere else and then they tried to deliver us the cold food over an hour late.They lost our company's business.

My second time ordering with CC after the merger with Mr. Delivery and I am completely disgusted with the service. It should not take 30+ minutes to duplicate a previous order. It was simple and quick before the merger and the staff was knowledgeable. Exact opposite now. The whole, long process was painful and I now want to bash my head against my desk!!!
*The 1 star is for the driver who was great last time and I'm sure will be great again!

Not happy! We have previously been able to order from multiple restaurants with no additional delivery personnel and no additional delivery charge. We wanted to use 2 restaurants within a few blocks of each other and were told it would be "confusing" for the drivers. this was to be my relaxing birthday meal and it has become very upsetting! To add to this, the last time we ordered, our order was incomplete. We were told our missing rice could be delivered, but it was quicker and easier to cook my own. Have always been happy with Carryout Courier, but after the last 2 experiences, will probably not be using again. We will order from our preferred restaurants and do our own pickup! On the plus side, delivery was very prompt!

My company orders from CC at least once a week. We have always been happy with the service that we receive until the merger with Mr. Delivery. We have ordered from there twice since the merger and both times the order was extremely late and cold. The drivers are the same and they are very pleasant and apologetic but when we call to talk to someone about why this keeps happening they blame the driver or the restaurant when indeed it is neither ones fault. The driver told us last time that they were instructed by dispatch to deliver food to a place further out then us before delivering our food which is what made the driver so late and the food so cold. Again today we placed and order only to find out it will be 30 minutes later than the quoted time. We called the restaurant and they have the order and are on time just waiting on the driver. This never happened before the merger. We now need to get a new delivery place so we can stop using CC. this sucks

I have always had a good experience with carryout courier, I am disabled and a half mile outside of their delivery area and most of the time they let me order, however I do wish they would permanently expand so I could always use them. Being disabled leaves my choices in life limited enough without having to always order pizza or Chinese food, this company has opened my world up greatly. They are kind and helpful most of the time they let me order and I'm so glad they do, my only request is put my address on full time...PLEASE!

TERRIBLE customer service! I waited over an hour for a delivery that was supposed to be made in 45 minutes, and while I can understand a delay, especially if you're delayed, the order should be correct. My order was not delivered correctly, and my food is ice cold. Yes, I understand that some restaurants are far so the food might not be able to be hot. However, it's always been warm. The driver didn't use an insulated bag, didn't check my order and now it's 8:00pm and we have no dinner. I wnot be paying for this since I didn't get what I asked for. Management didn't even apologize, all they did is defend themselves. Will never use carry out courier again! Horrible customer service!

We have been using Carryout Courier for many many years. Overall it has been a great experience. I love the online ordering and the frequency cards. The drivers are courteous and do everything possible to get it right. Some restaurants are better than others at the actual food prep, but Carryout always makes it right if there is an omission or an error. I have recommended Carryout to several friends over the years and will continue to do so.
