Guess I just had a terrible experience here. We ordered 2 subs and had a combined 4 mistakes on them. No bacon on my club sub, mayo on both despite ordering no mayo, and no tomatoes. Waste of $20.

I called in a order but when I got home. It was not made to order. I called up spoke to a manager. He apologized and offered to send me two gift cards for regular subs. I accepted and thanked him for trying to make it right. I understand mistakes happen. But when you spend over 34 dollars for 2 subs. You need them to get it right. The manager understood this. I really appreciate that. I will be back thank you!

Last night I came into your store and watched a very rude customer call one of your employees a curse word and complain that her sandwich was messed up and try to make a fool out of her. Only to find that the sandwich was exactly what she ordered. She screamed at the manager who handled it with several solutions all of which she declined anyway. Your team is always quick and accurate with my order so I just wanted to make sure someone knew that they are wonderful kids and always friendly when I come in. Keep up the great work !

Staff is always friendly my only issue is food being correct. Usually being that order wheat and get white. Yesterday was frustrating because ordered without mayo, but they added it anyway so hence I went hungry cuz mayo is absolutely disgusting to me. This concerns me because my boyfriend cannot have white bread for health reasons and what if I was allergic to mayo. People preparing food should really pay attention to the orders before they kill someone with a severe food allergy. I'm sure if it was them or someone they cared about they would make sure it's right. You really should pay better attention. If people stop ordering your food it leaves you without a job or less hours.

Best Italian sub you can get from a chain sub shop in my opinion. Make sure you get it Mike's way! The oil and vinegar really tie the sub together. They have a pretty good tuna sub as well. Bread is always fresh and veggies are too. Staff was very friendly and quickly made each sub perfectly.

I frequent this location a lot but my office usually uses DoorDash. I had some extra time and stopped in today to pick up 8 sandwiches, and I asked for napkins. I must have ruined some fun or a conversation in the back because Abby was VERY rude to me and practically threw the napkins at me. I expect more from this location. I was always taught work before play but this must not be the case here. Really professional, guys.

What can I say. It's the "Mike's" place you know and love. The bread is tasty and supple, they do NOT skimp on the meat, cheese is good, fresh, fresh, fresh! The Philly cheesesteak is great! The only issue with this location is how to get into it. Being along route 30, you only have two in-roads to get in there, and both are coming from East York. It's an adventure to get in there, but hey, it's the "Mike's", so well worth it. Just remember that part when you wanna stop in and have an amazing sub or sandwich!
