Burnt Muffin and Bagel - phoned to complain and they hung up on me! Told me they like to toast their muffins, i think they need to adjust their toasting settings.
Update - took these back to Bagel Basket and i'm guessing the same employee who hung up one me, took them back and dumped them in the bin
Excellent toasted bagels & cream cheese! Nice variety. Sometimes long lines, but get there early & there is NO wait. Friendly & nice people who try to be fast & efficient. I think their offered menu, is a bit top heavy for the amount of staff they have & the amount of time some menu items items take
I ordered the bagel egg and Swiss and my husband got the tuna salad. Service was quick and gentleman was polite.

Unorganized staff, had to tell the cashier my order 3 times. They are very chatty with each and don't pay much attention to the customers. The bagels & cream cheese were good.
