I will admit, when I first walked into this store I was a little nervous.. York is a very small town but this place has no trouble keeping busy, pandemic and all!! There were two women behind the counter who seemed to be very friendly (as much as one can tell under the mask these days!) and personable with their customers as I was greeted with a hello the moment I walked in. I had a small Amazon Prime return and was prepared to wait in line for at least 15 mins considering the amount of people before me.. but these ladies had us in and out before anyone could even think to gripe about a queue! Such a relief when one is on vacation and I can only imagine how well these folks would handle my belongings should I need to ship anything in the future. Thank you Bren (and the younger woman whose name I did not catch as she was with other customers) for providing such a wonderful experience. You all are working hard through these crazy times and it is more than appreciated.

During the course of many months over the past two years I have been in the store almost every day. And every day every staff person is super helpful to me even though we generate a good bit of volume in the store. These Covid days have been challenging but they have risen to the challenge and their service is greatly appreciated.

Possibly the rudest and least customer service oriented UPS store. I am not one to write bad reviews but jeez, when I feel like I am inconveniencing you at your job... please do us all a favor and get a new one!

The last four times I have used the UPS store for basic transactions, like returning a package to Amazon, the two women were rude and short with me. They acted as if I was a serious inconvenience because I needed to send a package back which took all of 60 seconds to do. This is really unacceptable. One time is one thing but every time is terrible customer service.

I've used this store for many parcels and they are very good, professional, and know their stuff ! I've seen them handle rude customers and they treat them with respect and in a professional manner. I highly recommend this UPS store...!
