We went to this Pizza Hut several times on our trip to Bucharest. They serve tasty burgers and soup also which was new for us. The staff is very nice and speaks good English which is a big plus.
We are definitely going again and again until we are in this city.

Loved the food, and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. I like the atmosphere, as it is rustic and also modern. The service was prompt and the waiters were polite and helpful. All in all, a great experience

How it works: You have all you can eat small pizzas for €5 , how it works you order a pizza from the menu and when you finish it you can another one. The catch it the pizzas take 40 mins each time. You have the option of adding a cola for €1.2.
Cons: barely any source in the pizza, speed, surly staff.
Pros: Price and you are eating in an environment with locals.
Overall: how can you complain it’s so cheap.

The service was bad, had to wait 30 minutes and no body come to take reservations, even when we asked twice!! I think that was done on purpose becouse of our nationality. we left the place without eating.

I have complained and complained about this place. Order was supposed to ready and was not . I was told they did not even have what i ordered. Your a pizza restaurant how exactly are you out of crust ???? Will be contacting owner ! . Also the so called manager who called has no idea what her job title means !!!!

I’d give the York SC location a zero star if I could.
Get new employees.
We ordered online and said our food would be ready in 10 minuets. We waited longer than 10 minuets and my husband left to pickup our order. Once he got to the york location, they said they never received our online order. Apparently it happens all the time when ordering online? -if you know ordering online and not receiving the orders is a reoccurring issue FIX IT. They then made us the wrong food which caused him to wait even longer.
This is such a slack location. We will stick to dominos across the street.

Let me start by saying I’m not one to write reviews as I am in the service industry myself and know how chaotic it can be. I literally come here every week and order the same thing just about every time and Gene pretty much has my order memorized, which is great! But tonight was by far the worst experience ever. We lost power in the middle of cooking dinner and I had 7 hungry and irritable kids so I decided to call in a order. While speaking to the young man on the phone it was obvious he was not very familiar with the menu. I asked if I could get a 3rd pizza in the large dinner box instead of the sides. He told me no they couldn’t do that, I knew this was not true because I’ve done it before but I didn’t argue. I proceeded to place my order and was told that they could only do the hand tossed because they were out of the other I said that’s fine as long as it wouldn’t be an extra charge. The young man told me he needed to place me on hold so I could speak to his manager, I’m not sure why. I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes with kids screaming that they are hungry so I hung up and called back. After realizing that it was me calling back he tells me yea the manager is still busy I said I never wanted to speak to the manager I just want my order so I could feed the kids. So he tells me the usual ok 15 to 20 minutes. I always allow an extra 5 to 10 minutes because like I said I know how it goes. So I get there 30 minutes after placing my order and was greeted and paid and was told it was not quite ready yet. I could see on the screen above the counter where it says my order was “ready” at 9:30 yet here it 9:45 when they tell me they are still waiting on breadsticks. Meanwhile they are goofing off and playing in the back. 10:00 I finally receive my order. I have never this bad of an experience here and I will not return during the night shift EVER again!

To anyone that says race is not an issue in 2016 is sadly mistaken. I usually don't take time to post issues such as this, but this is something that needs to be shared. As I was placing an order over the phone with Pizza Hut in York (821 E. Liberty St., York, SC 29745 phone # (803)628-5888), the young man had trouble ringing up my order. He apparently was a new guy, but very pleasant. So, he wasn't the problem. He asked me to hold on so he could get help from his manager. While the manager was helping the young man, I heard a voice in the background say, and I quote "I'm a ni#, I'm a ni%. I want everything for free". Now I don't know if he was referring to me or not. The fellow then starts cursing about how this n#$% gave him a hard time about something. When the guy taking my order picked up the phone, I cancelled my order and explained why. I hung up and called back after I had cooled off. I asked to speak to the manager and I told him about the incident (I'm pretty sure he knew about it). He apologized and said he spoke to the employee. Really!!! Oh, by the way, he offered me a 20% discount on my next order. How generous. I told him that I cannot spend my hard earned money in an establishment that displays such blatant acts of racism.
Think what you want to about this situation. It happened. We still live in a society where some people feel that the need to insult and demoralize people just because they are different than they are. What a shame!! Pizza Hut is no longer allowed in my house!!
