Dirty facility. 8 booths sitting empty with food waste all over. Floors are slick and greasy. My cheeseburger came out freshly microwaved with a rubbery bun. Fries were warm but not fresh.

We stood I. Lobby for 5 minutes before anyone said we will be right with you. Then our food sat in the window for several minutes before I walked up and asked for it. The gal working did make several apologies. Took way to long for the whole 4 customers inside. Horrible service.

Went to DQ in york ne. They pulled us forward and waited on chicken strips. Get strips and they are barely warm. Didn’t give us the right dipping sauce. Oh gets better wait for my food for 16min. Oh and half the chicken strips look like they r double fried! Aweful

The food here is sub par, often lacking much flavor. However, their treat selections are on point. You can't beat a DQ blizzard, peanut buster parfait, or ice cream cake.
