What has happened to this place? Used to be a great place to eat breakfast. Had some of the best gravy around. After I voted, I called in a order to pick up, expecting it to be ready when I got there, approximately 10 minutes. NOPE, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. They weren't busy maybe
Awesome local breakfast spot. Food was good. If you are from the country and moved to Raleigh and want a taste of home, go to Griffins. Nicest staff. They knew most customers by their name and even though they didn’t know us, they treated us just as good
I have read so many wonderful reviews on this place that I had to come in and check it out. The waitress Karen was nice, no complaints there. My issue has to do 100% with the quality of the food. The bacon tasted horrible, the omelet my husband ordered came in a plate full of grease and I gagged whe
This place is fantastic. Karen our server was amazing. She noticed I ate the whipped cream fast and brought me a bowl full of whipped cream. She was so sweet and really made sure that we left full and happy. The food was delicious. I had a bacon and cheese omlet and they made it wonderfully. They pu
Stopped in for a quick bite before spending the day at the pumpkin patch. Loved the food and service. Biscuits were delicious and the sausage gravy was really really good. I dipped my chicken, egg and cheese sandwich in it until it was gone. We'll be back for another round soon.
Fresh & yummy country food and friendly wait staff!!! This is a hidden gem in the middle of a tiny town. It is worth your time and your tummy will love it! I love their fresh eggs!! Everything is great!
ordered a Patty Melt : was pretty good on the greasey side. Cucumber salad was inedible..the tartness and sweet was just overwhelming in a very bad way and it was old. Waitress was awesome.. that extra star was for her. Dont recommend it
This is a delicious and nostalgic return to the way small family restaurants used to be. We went for breakfast and the food and coffee were outstanding and the portion size was great. Parking can be a muddy adventure if it's been raining.
