I always order online carryout. It's pretty convenient, no problems with staff for me, and pizza is good. One star is taken off my review because the parking lot is hectic and shared with several other businesses. It's not Papa John's fault, but it takes away from my experience when another carryout customer parks so close that I can't get out of my vehicle until they leave with their food, and when backing out I have to keep braking for big trucks speeding over the broken asphalt behind me. Just sayin
