Amazing, amazing, amazing! I work in the food industry and don’t usually wait in line for food. My second time here and regret not living closer. The meal, amazing, the server from Isabella, amazing, Kim the host bending over backwards to get us in an extremely busy Saturday evening, thank heavens. I just got back from Italy and this meal was just as good as anything I had at the source. If you are in Napa find Ciccio and eat here! Wait in line! They don’t take reservations. Well worth it, I can’t wait to come back.

We were recommended to eat here by the folks at Honig winery. We weren't disappointed in the slightest. The food was outstanding and the service was great. We'd have never found this jewel in the middle of Napa if it hadn't been recommended. We were lucky and got there as it opened and managed to get a table straight away. This place fills up fast so you'll likely have to wait, but there's a tasting room opposite to pass the time. It's definitely worth the wait.

I love this place for its rustic Italian meals that are simply prepared, with seemingly never more than a few ingredients in any dish, all working harmoniously and never overwrought or fussy. Most dishes are small plates, so two people can easily order 3-4 things and still have room for one of their outstanding pizzas. I love the cheerful and friendly team who make you feel right at home in the warm, family-style atmosphere. Menus change frequently, both with the season and whatever's fresh and delicious that week. The dishes run the gamut from light and simple bruschetta and vibrant salads with seasonal veggies, tender and crisp fried calamari, grilled cauliflower with raisins and pine nuts, all the way to broiled whole fish, hearty beef and pasta dishes and a pork Milanese that's to-die-for. Amazing cocktails -- if you're a Negroni fan, they take their menu of offerings VERY seriously -- and their by-the-glass wine program features the Altamura family's gorgeous, award winning wines. If they have the pepperoni and smoked mozzarella pizza on the menu, do yourself a favor and save a little room for it. The crust is Neapolitan style, thin and crisped beautifully in their brick oven, with just enough thickness to give you a balance of pillowy and chewy on the end. Desserts similarly run the range from a light and crunchy cannoli, an ever-changing selection of gelatos and sorbettos, to a daily chocolate creation and a lovely take on tiramisu. While they've gotten a lot of attention in the media lately and it can be a bit busy, it's still very much a "locals" place where Napa Valley residents bring their friends and families for food, fun and a family vibe that never disappoints.

Ciccio is a wonderful and lively restaurant serving delicious food in charming Yountville. We dined on calamari, fresh salads, gnocchi, the whole fish and ended with cannoli. The service was excellent and welcoming. Let’s not forget the great wine! We hope to get back here soon.

We were seated at the Community table. Food was fabulous. We had a pork dish that rocked. The whole fish was delish. Service was excellent. Great local wine list, will return.

Make a reso! They accommodated us late in the evening with a 30m wait. We strolled down the street and grabbed a drink as we waited for a call. Worth the wait...the veg dishes were yum, the pizza right out of the oven delish!

This is an amazing restaurant. Fresh, simple, intensely flavorful, creative menu. Changing with the seasons and remaining alway a surprise and never to disappoint. Amazing salads and pizzas. Some of the most amazing wines I've had, full pour and delicious. Especially the Altamura Sangiovese and Cabernet. Only one problem here is it's so popular, frequently hard to get into. In addition, they don't take reservations. Bummer 😩

Everything we had at our table exceeded all of our expectations. The pork chop was my favorite. Everything was amazing...from the appetizers to the deserts (frangelico espresso ice cream), of course the wine selection was superb. Must have a glass...or bottle...of Negroamaro by Altamura.

Frank and his team do an exceptional job and the hospitality is second to none. Do not miss his yummy appetizers, but everything is delicious. As a former Italian restaurant owner, I told him I was very critical, but honestly there was nothing but accolades to be spoken. And, his library wines are on the wine list at retail prices! Don’t miss an opportunity to dine at Ciccio’s.

Ciccio's in Napa Valley offers a mixed experience, highlighted by its cuisine but with room for improvement in ambiance and dish descriptions. On my recent visit, the focus was on their pastas and pizzas. The food, overall, was satisfactory. The variety of pastas and pizzas offered a decent range of flavors. However, the descriptions on the menu didn't quite match what was served, leading to some surprises. For instance, the Cacio e Pepe, which I expected to be a traditional pasta dish, was actually served as a gnocchi. While still tasty, it wasn't what I anticipated. The standout dish for me was the meatball-stuffed peppers. They were flavorful and cooked just right, offering a comforting and delicious bite. This dish alone was a memorable part of the meal. However, the dining experience was somewhat marred by the ambiance. The restaurant was very loud, making conversation difficult. Additionally, the tables were set quite close to each other, which detracted from the overall comfort and intimacy you might expect from a dining establishment in Napa Valley. In conclusion, while Ciccio's offers some enjoyable dishes, particularly the meatball-stuffed peppers, the experience could be enhanced by improving the accuracy of menu descriptions and addressing the noise level and seating arrangement to create a more comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Our first time at Ciccio was last night and wow, we were impressed. Yes it’s hard to get a reservation, but plan ahead and you will score one. We arrived Thursday at 7 and were taken to our table right away. It struck both of us how loud the restaurant is but we got used to it and quite enjoyed The vibe once we were over the initial noise level shock ;) Then we made some decisions about drinks and food and we were off to an extremely tasty meal. Cocktails were great, Caesar salad was on point, pizza (we got the tomato) was just phenomenal (the crust and chewiness reminded us of the consistency of Kostow’s Loveski bagels which are hands down the most amazing bagels!!!) and the rigatoni bolognese was out of sight! Dessert: don’t snooze on the lemon sorbet! Wow it’s inventive and yummy. Overall: Service was great! Loved this spot! Thanks for a great night and can’t wait to come back!

Great night and food. Waiter was fantastic. Pizza was nicely thin, close to Rome style and very good. Bottom a bit overdone but then we arrived just when they opened @5 and the pizza oven likely was at peak fire. Pepperoni and cheese excellent. The rigatoni bolognese was excellent. The cacio e pepe was good but not outstanding. My wife had a strawberry limoncello spritz dink she enjoyed and for desert the lemon sorbet. We deliberately over ordered to try multiple dishes and took the leftovers to go. Most certainly would recommend it. Casual atmosphere. Reservations strongly suggested.

Amazing time at Ciccio. Our waiter was great and helpful in picking out favorites from the menu. There are lots of great options. We did the Caesar salad, foccacia, gnudi, pepperoni pizza, cannoli, and Buffalo milk ice cream. Foccacia was crisp and buttery. Gnudi was rich and creamy with fennel pollen to taste like Italian sausage. The Buffalo milk ice cream with cherries, olive oil, and flakey salt took the gold medal. Best thing we ate all week in Napa.

What an amazing experience! Such great food and professional, attentive, quick service. The pork chop is a must have! It is lightly breaded and filleted. It comes with radicchio, and a lemon to squeeze on it. It tasted like chicken. So good! Also got the peppers with meatballs that is a must-have as well. A nice cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. Did I mention that the food is phenomenal! This should be on your list to visit if you go to Yountville.

We really enjoyed everything we ordered- Ciccio has an incredible affogato that I would highly recommend in addition to their excellent pizzas and pastas. The restaurant has a homey feel and overall friendly vibe. I would go back.

The appetizers were tasty, and the one pasta dish we got was very nice. But the real reason we went was for the pizza, which was very disappointing. The gluten is underdeveloped, so the dough had more of wheat bread consistency than the classic chew of Neapolitan pizza. And the toppings were skimpy for a specialty pizza. With fantastic options for better pizza, and frankly better Italian food, in Napa, I'd say Ciccio is just alright. Worth a shot if you can't get into other restaurants in Yountville.

The new ownership preserved what was good and improved upon it. Everything we ate was amazing, and the service was attentive without feeling rushed or hovering. It's quite loud inside, but started to quiet down as it got closer to closing.

Wow. Incredible experience overall. The food was fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The service was outstanding, we didn't ask for a thing, it was as if they knew what we needed before we did. True ninjas of service. I can't wait to go back, since the pork chop milanese was already sold out... this pork chop is basically what the locals fight over. Only thing is, make a reservation (if they're accepting them) or get there early.

Incredible dinner at the "Chefs Table"... literally everything they brought out was delectable... fresh and prepared in house! We just had to pace ourselves as this meal consists of a lot of smaller portions from the nights menu and we never knew what was next on the chefs selection. Bring your appetite and favorite bottle of wine (corkage fee is $35)! For a rustic Italian dinner, this will not disappoint. We even ordered a pizza to take with us for the next day!

The food here was amazingly good! We had a Caesar salad & Suppli for starters (both were great). For dinner we had a Sausage pizza (definitely on the spicy side) as well as Petaluma chicken (you’ll want a side with this dish). Dessert ended up being really yummy as well, as we had the Buffalo Milk ice cream. If you are looking for a cozy dinner spot out, this will do nicely.

So happy they opened in Yountville. Something more casual and chill place to have dinner in the middle of so many fancy restaurants in Yountville. Great food, and nice vibe!
