Since I love champagne, I really wish I could have given this place 5 stars.
My bestie & I visited here in Sept and the weather was perfect for sitting outdoors, which was where the tasting was - and you don't have a choice. A little odd I would think, since you're paying for it.
We were treated to some small bites along with each tasting. The staff wasn't very friendly or personable. Lovely grounds but they didn't seem to flow smoothly, they were detached.
I did enjoy the time and the champagne. Of course the only restroom is in the retail store, lol. I bought a few bottles and found later I was charged twice, not too nice.
Add a little more charm and this place would be worth another visit, construction or not
Overall, it was a great experience. The Educator who led us through the tasting was incredibly knowledgeable. The tasting pours are very generous. You are also given “small bites” that pair with each glass.
Our group wanted champagne so we included Chandon in our itinerary. For our visit, much of the building is under construction so we were outside. The grounds are nicely laid out and the bubbles are great! We are looking forward to when the work is complete so that we could have a more complete experience.
A little mix up at the beginning with our large group was quickly resolved and we had a lovely time. Delicious food, great staff, and top notch ambiance. Would recommend and can’t wait to come back.
This was an absolute highlight for our trip to Napa! Very well priced options and the ability to just walk in and enjoy a few glasses with the view. Incredible quality and outlook. I could have gladly sat here all day!

One of the best tastings I’ve had in wine country. I highly recommend the adventure tasting as it’s a “choose your own” option.
Service what phenomenal even for the last tasting of the day. No rush to leave and left with a great bottle purchase (packages beautifully).
Loved the light bite menu, especially the macarons.

We got here later in the day. It's a good size beautiful winery. The service is very good and professional. The raw oysters were delicious! There was a open bar as well as the wine tasting bar. We had a wonderful experience. After wine tasting, we took a stroll around the back and took lots of pictures.
Really enjoyed my visit to this lovely winery. Booked the grazing box and bottle experience in the garden and it was a perfect, relaxed way to spend a few hours in comfy chairs on the grass. The grazing box is pretty big- crackers, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, dips, crudités, macarons. Complete with cutlery, napkin and water in a cute bag. Although you're only supposed to stay 90 minutes, we stayed beyond this as I guess it was nearing the end of the day. It is wise to book though, as we saw many walk ins turned away. You can also book indoor tastings and food experiences, which looked a little more formal. Tip- get an umbrella for shade- it gets hot!
This was my second time visiting Chandon with a bachelorette party, and it was just as wonderful as my first time. Lauren was so kind and generous, and did a great job of explaining each tasting without being overzealous. Each tasting exceeded everyone's expectations! The sparkling cab is definitely worth becoming a member for! And the atmosphere of the venue is drool-worthy. We can't wait to come back!
Wow! We had an amazing experience at Chandon. Our 10 person group did the togetherness lunch in their secluded garden. The food blew away our expectations, based on their website we weren't expecting much but we were served more than we could have imagined. Lots of the food was local and our server explained the 15+ dishes. The champagne kept flowing and our server was very accommodating with dietary restrictions. Our server Garrett was spectacular and became like family by the end. Wish we could do lunch here every day.
Chandon was an amazing experience!! Such a beautiful courtyard and facility. Part of it was closed to renovation and one of the pinnacle flight champagnes was out. Without asking they refunded half of our tasting fee. A great place to start or end your day in Napa. Thank you so much, Chandon!!
Added Chandon to our Napa trip and really enjoyed it. Did the 3 tastings then ordered a bottle to try and a cheese board. Very relaxing and beautiful grounds. Worth the visit!
