Reviews of Del Taco

When we first got there,there was only one other car ahead of us. Within two minutes of us pulling up to the window there was a line of 7 or 8 cars behind us. We had a fairly large order, about $30 worth, and the lady at the window seemed a bit flustered by the sudden rush. The Dr pepper we received was flat and she quickly got us a replacement lemonade, but then didn't get us our pear popper drink we had ordered. I reminded her we still hadn't received it when she handed us our food ten minutes later and she told us there was a big line behind us. Not sure why that mattered. She gave us a regular when we had paid for a large, but I didn't say anything because she seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, we were missing the guac on a couple of items and the Carne Asada fries were a bit cold but other than that everything was decent enough.

I just ordered a large order of soft tacos for my family 💲💲💲 and they messed up my entire order , when I called to get them replaced I was told it was my fault for not making them right, they refused a refund, I will drive to another city to get tacos before I eat there again, in fact I took that loss and have to go out and buy dinner all over again

I love Del Taco. They got our order ready quickly and correctly. I also love the fact that they're not afraid to put enough meat and cheese on the tacos so you feel like you got a complete taco, not just a half empty shell which seems to be the going thing now at fast food taco places. The burritos were good too, but the tacos ruled the day!

The absolute worst- service and food. People please remember after waiting 25 minutes for your food to ALWAYS check the bag before pulling away from the drive through window- I mean do not move an inch without checking that bag or…because you space out and forget to check the bag, you will have to go inside. Once inside you will wait 20 more minutes for the items they left out- all while the other food gets cold - on a positive note; they somehow manage to fit 20 items in ONE bag- the same bag that you should check for every item before you drive away from the drive through window😊 boycotted! Go to Main Street/Ranchwood and get fresh street tacos!

Filthy restaurant, was there Saturday 1/8 afternoon 1:30 PM for lunch and spent 45 minutes, not once did a Manager or employee come out to clean tables or the floor. They should check the security cameras, let the employees know if their cell phones take them from doing their jobs they should leave them at home.

I've always loved the macho combo burrito. I've been eating it for over 20 years. This location is normally pretty quick but can get slowed down by a Carne Asada order. Almost every time I order a carne asada item I get told to please pull up and park so they'll bring the order to me. Luckily I enjoy the food and the staff are nice. If using the app to order I think you must Check In once you go to pick up or else they won't find your order. I learned from experience.
