Review Raising Cane's - Zachary

Absolutely love canes... I could eat this 4 times a week... never had a bad experience at any of them.

The food is fine, just what you would expect from any Cane's. My problem with this location is that they make someone stand outside at the pick up window to hand the food to the customers. It's 90 degrees and they have these poor souls out there serving no purpose other than to hand the order from the window to the car.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff, and especially impressed with how much larger the chicken fingers were than other fast food places. Tasted very good. Will return.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location, food was hot & fresh. Staff was friendly as always! I'll definitely be back

*Good Service* *Delicious Chicken Strips* I would definitely recommend this location. They use clean oil and the Manager was very friendly and re-cooked my food because I asked for everything to be well done and my chicken seemed to be under cooked and my fries were also mushy. When I went in and showed them they re made my food and the second time was better.

Normally the food is great, my son want to go yesterday at 10 am. The fries were hard and crunchy, hard and dark. I couldn't even enjoy my good. I spent 36.00 and none of us were able to eat the fries. I couldn't even eat my food bc I have to eat both together. I just threw the food away.

Zachary location. Fast and friendly service. Clean bathrooms and dining area. The worker bought my food out to me seeing I was alone with young children. Very thoughtful.

You can't go wrong with Raising Cane's, because all they sell is chicken, and it good. In my opinion, they can do better with the Texas toast, by adding more butter and grilling it on both sides.

I usually like Canes very much! However I like my chicken fingers or strips on the smaller side! I like my chicken well done! I don't like thick pieces that are not cooked enough like I got the other day! The fries & toast& I love!

Love love Canes. I eat at Canes at least once every time I Am in Louisiana

These ROCKSTARS really did Raising Cane's proud today with my order of 400 tenders, fries, coleslaw, toast, drinks and SAUCE! Hot, fresh, ready on time, courteous staff plus they helped me load it into the vehicle. My coworkers were beyond excited when i rolled up. THANKS Sarah and TEAM!!! #awesomesauce

Instead of assuming what the customer is ordering, maybe if service was actually provided, then you wouldn't have lost a loyal customer. Keep the attitude elsewhere.....
