Review Taco Bell - Zachary

I am visiting the area from out of town. I've been here twice already. Do not drive off without checking your order. Both times it has been wrong. Its like, "where's the beef?" Or chicken. Let's do the math, $4.89 is too much for one chicken chalupa to where it is mostly lettuce. The combo meal for two chicken chalupa Supreme is $10.79. I got two chicken chalupas for $9.89. If there is only around $1.50 difference in items, then you know single items are too high. Come on Taco Bell. You can do better. Find people who have better work ethics and knows customer service. Word of mouth can make or break a business.

Don’t do it! Nasty food nasty people! The service was so rude if u don’t like your job quit please!

My friend and I picked up an app order through the drive thru. It took 35 minutes to get our order, and when we checked it, there were items missing. We had to go back and get what we were shorted.

Food was hot and order was given quickly went inside because of long drive thru traffic

Order was all messed up. When I go in to nicely try to get what I paid for the young man wants to get disrespectful. I deal with disrespectful people all day as a sheriff Deputy, but blatant disrespect when I'm Your customer. This young man is very lucky I was off work and I love what I do for a living and my daughter was with me because Lord knows.. people if you don't like your job quit so someone who truly wants to work can have it..

Ordered food earlier this afternoon and it was by far the worst tasting food I've ever gotten from a Taco Bell. Two of my tacos barely had anything in them, the taste was foul, and made me sick to my stomach a few hours later which resulted in vomiting. I've never had this issue from the Gonzales location.

Love it!!! The workers are super hype. They funny too also... good grub. Get that chalupa box.

Consistently this Zachary taco bell wins for the good food prepared well. Overall best we have been to for taco bell. Down side wait often 30 minutes due to long lines of cars. Dollar menu can be a big budget saver for family. We like the beef burritos and bean & rice burritos. They can be spicy at times, but I sure you can request no sauce where I think the spicy comes from. Most Our family loves spicy food! We are a family of 4 and can order 3-5 very filling burritos per person. Sometimes they fill up on one or 2. Cups of water are currently free so the four of us eat for $12-$20. Often we have leftover for another meal too!
