My first time going I bought my two young children kid size snowballs and in the midst of one of my children eating hers. She found a big red ant inside! I was horrified, will not be going back. Also I ordered a large mango flavored snowball and my snowball was extra dry, rarely any juice.

They have the best flavors and smoothest shaved ice. Fast service too. My kids and I go there almost everyday during the summer. You just have to try the cream on your snowball. They have a few other deserts too. Solo good.

I dont know if they got a bad batch of syrup or if they are watering the syrup down. got a tiger's blood and instead of it being dark red it was light pink. Wife ordered a wedding cake and instead of being clear it was also light pink. The only reason they get 2 stars is due to how fast my order was ready.

Horrible hygiene at this snow ball stand. The guy making the snowball had no mask on and was picking his nose while making the snowball. Disgusting I requested a refund. Never again!

Absolute BEST EVER!! The texture of this shaved ice you can't find anywhere... If it's not from ZACHARY Sno Biz then I don't want it!

Best shaved ice. I come from wherever I am to get their snowballs. Cotton candy is my favorite.

Its ok no masks but one of the people have gloves on

"Theee" Best Snowballs. There snowballls are delicious. The ice is like snow and the flavors are not watered down. I am new to Zachary and I frequent there often. I am from New Orleans and they are a close comparison to Pandora's.
