Review Wendy's - Zachary

Good was hot and good. Worker on fine in register appeared to be new. She rang several orders incorrectly. She did not bag the orders correctly and I had to remind her that I upgraded my fries and drink requiring her to rebag my order again.

I travel a lot with work, Wendy's is normally my go to fast food restaurant. The Wendy's in Zachary, LA., is by far the worst one i have been to. I stop there often, but I must admit, if over 5 cars in line, I pull through. The service is slow which normally ends up with poeople driving off, the food is always cold, and the fries are always cold and soggy. This place needs either new owners, new management, or both.

I went there bout a week ago order 2 sm chillis & was not hot barely warm i didnt chck my order which i should of. i was mad cause i didnt want to turn around & go bck .But i would luvy refund bck please

I have sat her for at least 30 minutes tonight, December 19,2021. I have watched 10 cars drive off because the night crew is refusing to answer the speaker and had turn the lights off as if they were closed. I am sill waiting because I've done an online order which is already Paid for makes no sense to cancel when I know they are all in there. Ok pull up sat a few more minutes . I'm seeing the females walking back and forth , No one acknowledged my presence at the window until about 15 minutes later . A female came to the window and basically told me they had nothing I ordered because "today was Sunday and they had to start fresh". Something needs to be done they are causing the company to loose big time .this isn't the 1st time this has happened to me at this place . The last few times I just left after waiting for 20 minutes without any "hold please " or nothing.

Asked and paid for extra topping only got old lettuce apples and chicken when it comes apple ,chicken ,blue cheese dried cranberries and fresh lettuce. As you can see this lettuce is so old it’s see thru! My drink and frosty coffee were fine but now I’m going to bed hungry bc I tried to call back to get it fixed and no one answered! I paid $15 and gave the girl a tip but I didn’t check the bang should have 😭😭

This store should CLOSE coz for the past week y'all have been having issues. Last week when I get to the window you said you're just accepting cash. The line was looking and none of you has the audacity to put a sign at the start of the drive thru that yall are just accepting cash, no wonder a lot of cars in line left after waiting to get to the window. Today , I was surprised there's no line only to find out that y'all are having an upgrade and nonsense excuses. If you can't get your machines or whatever working might as well just close.

literally breaks my heart to see wendys fall like that when i was a kid wendys was all that to me but atleast this wendys in particular is offending how bad it is its always something not working there and every nite around a certain time they only take cash in a world full of cards tho? also they take longer to cook your food at nite AND ITS STILL COLD LOL 20 minutes and its still cold? how is that scientifically even possible it shouldve been piping hot by then

Worst customer service ever! Customer asked for cup and manager grabbed her headset pulled it off aggressively and being yelling that her worker was new and training!

This location really should take a look at the employees they have and do some house cleaning. 4/30/17 at 1130ish went there while working. Lobby is supposed to open at 10. It was locked at both sides. Walked up to the order window and informed them that the lobby was still locked, thinking that this could have been an innocent mistake. It was not. Two other gentlemen also attempted to go to the lobby. The staff refused to open the lobby and would only take orders through the drive-thru. I can't speek to why the other gentlemen did not go through. I was not able to due to the fact that the ambulance does not fit. Looking over other reviews, I see a pattern of closing early and opening late. This is not how a business should operate. Hopefully, the franchiser will examine the multiple reviews about staff issues and take action. I would not recommend this location to other patrons at this time.

It's a shame when the registers are down the employees are too dumb to know how to ➕,❌ tax & allow us to use cash then ➖ the change. #justwantedfrostys
