Review Burger King - Zachary

Went to drive thru ordered, payed for my order and was asked to pull forward. That was no big deal after about 8-10 minutes an employee came out and asked why I was sitting there and that they knew nothing about my order. I'm not going to waste my time again here.

The staff was friendly, and they deserve a 5 star rating but this Burger King location didn't have onion rings nor did it have chocolate malts.

Never wrote any reviews of any kind but this place day or night is never prepared. How you stop serving breakfast then say you have no lunch either for another 15-30 minutes at a fast food place lol. You had one job burger king 😂

There server at the drive thru had a whole convo on her phone while she took my order and then after I gave order she says Oh we don't have that ..as she cursed the other for not informing her of this then I'm told "WE HAVE WHOPPERS DONE THO".....

I finally tried the Impossible Whopper! I love the smoky flavor. It's almost impossible to tell the difference between this and the beef whopper.

Nasty food ,Horrible Service, It's always a problem with my food never right.Everytime its a disappointment I will never go back to Zachary Burger King.Enough is Enough.

Flys were inside the building. Only non Carbonated drinks available.

The last 5 times I've went through the drive thru early morning before dropping my kids at school, they were closed!

This restaurant is a very poor example for the Burger King brand. It is obvious they know nothing about customer service and it appears the management couldn't care less either. What a shame! McDonalds is virtually across the street and while I prefer Burger King, I will never go to this location again.

They let me sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes before coming to the mic to say I had to pay in cash and it had to be exact or they couldn't serve me. Came here the other day and couldn't get ketchup. They are supposed to close at 12 but it is 11:20 and the have shut down. Same night shift for a while and they do this almost every night. The should change the hours if they are gonna do that. I drove more than 15 minutes to get here. I'm in front of the store typing this and three of the workers are watching tv.

If there was a zero that's what I would rank it. Emily who works the night shift and the employees there are HORRIBLE. They really need to learn customer service and how to not be disrespectful to paying customers. I understand mistakes happen but to be rude about like it's my fault it crazy. How you threaten to fight a customer?
