Review Pizza Hut - Zachary

I ordered a pizza through your website and no one ever showed up. I called your store and it was a total disaster. The girl who answered the phone had no clue what was going on and you could hear other employees in the background acting like they had no management around them . What a disappointment. I won’t ever attempt to do business with your store again. Whoever was the so called manager there tonight needs some serious training.Or replace that person with someone who knows how to manage a staff. This store is losing revenue because of incompetence.

Under the new leadership their quality has improved; great service, and great quality of pizza.

My order was prepared correctly and tasted perfect! it was ready quickly and on time for pick up. I also appreciate the ease in using the APP to order and pay while being able to take advantage of listed deals and getting FREE items with my points. This time I ordered the wings as my free item, and my son loves them!

HORRIBLE customer service . the workers seem very confused on their job & act clueless when you question why they did something to your order that you didn’t ask for . dont alert customers of items that are out so customers order & then dont get what they ordered . WAIT IS EXTREMELY LONG .

The pizza was exactly as we ordered and it was DELICIOUS. We were impressed. This will be our pizza place from now on out. Have been trying to find a decent pizza for months. Places we used to get pizza from are all terrible now; including sit down restaurants. We are very excited about Pizza Hut pizza.

I’ve visited this particular location on numerous occasions and it seems to get WORSE every time. Most of these employees are young high school kids who just play around in the kitchen in front customers, move extremely slow, have HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. Not to mention the adults who are supposed to be their superiors are MIA almost every time and are outside in the parking lot talking to whomever. They drop the dishes on the floor that they use to cook our food with and pick them up and place them on the shelves as if they did not just touch the floor. On my last visit there were 3 people in the lobby and we had all placed our orders earlier for later pickup, and 2 people who had placed orders 1.5 hours ago and they had still not received their orders. After waiting 1.5 hours for my 8 boneless wings when I got them they were the wrong kind and when I let the cashier knew she snatched them back from me and rushed to the kitchen to tell her co workers “can you just hurry up and fix this for her so she can get out here” I’ll never go back. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered expecting the usual 30-40 minute wait, only this time it said 10-20 minutes. So I called the store to ask for the order to be pushed back 30 minutes, but got put on hold. They never came back to the hold. They tried to call while I was on hold. Then when I called back instead of the local pizza hut I got some national customer care center. By the time I got to pizza hut and asked what had happened, my food was ready but it was past hot. When I got home the pizza was almost cold. So to make it strongly agree, complete phone calls, be more flexible and fix mistakes, a new pizza could have been made, I dont know about the chicken or the pasta, the chicken was cold, the sauce had dried up it had been sitting too long.

Sat on hold from 11 to 11 30 drove to the location instead to place a carry out order. Asked were the phones working. Lady says yeah but we didn't answer because we had a big order. This isn't the first time. If I wasn't getting food for employees at work I'd pass
