Good sandwiches, but the list of recommended tip percentages shown at check out were determined to be after the tax had been added. Why should we tip the tax? The tip should be based on the service provided by the waitstaff, not in addition to the government's tax on the meal.
best jimmy shop i’ve ever been to!! my jj app has my delivery come from a closer shop when I’m at work and it never compares to this one. this location has the nicest staff + management, it’s always clean, always has everything in stock, and actually freaky fast as promised.
I love it here, it's close to work so I order frequently. The food is great, the staff is nice and it's pretty quick! But y'all they literally never cut my sandwich in half when I order it... It's too big to pick up and I feel like it's not that hard to do idk.
We at Zeeland Christian School placed an order for 50 sandwiches for a day that ended up being a snow day. The staff at Jimmy John's was very flexible and changed our order to a different day and were very accommodating. All 50 sandwiches were made to our specifications, and they were delicious. The food was fine but I'm a little annoyed that my scheduled 12-12:15 pickup order was ready at 11:45. I had to take my lunch early so the sandwich wouldn't get soggy in the meantime.
Good quality sandwiches - always felt the value was missing a bit compared to other sandwich shops their new Lil John's have solved that though - taste great and only $3 each. I like the Holland location a little better as the drive thru is very convenient but go to both as this one is closer to home.
The staff here are more obnoxious than The Wolf Of Wall Street. You barely open the door before being screamed at “welcome to jimmy John’s”. The people at the registers act annoyed if you don’t instantly know your order when you walk up. Food is always great but the experience is rushed and obnoxious.
This location makes it right! I’ve been to several and I am impressed here!! Best tasting one is in Zeeland!! Great work and see you again next time!!

Very fast and very quick. Prices seem to be getting high. Pop and sub 9.00 might go for a regular got food restaurant.
