Drive thru is the only downside of this location. Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. The drive thru is a bit rough and you will feel some bumps as you go. Not the employees fault at all but definitely needs to be addressed. Great place to grab a quick meal when you don't feel up to cooking. The Bacon king burger is always great.

The young man working the drive thru this morning is great! He was very polite and got everything right in my order. This was the 1st time my custom order has ever been 100% right with everything I asked for. I also ordered a large coffee & didn't realize it's the same size cup, which looks like a small. He offered me a free soft drink. I told him it was okay though. I wasn't complaining, just thought there was different sizes. Anyway, he deserves recognition for great service! Whoever was cooking did a great job too.

I was disappointed with the big K. I was expecting it to be bigger. It was the first time ordering, so I don't know if I got the right burger.

I went to Burger King Zion. The service was great. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I came at lunch it was busy, but I still got fresh hot food service with a smile and a thank you for stopping thru. The changes they are making at this location is for the better. Keep up the good work!

I waited ten minutes & no one even looked me to take my order. I asked if anyone was working the cah register. A black girl was standing for a couple of minutes with a bag in her hand. She snapped me, "can't you see I'm helping someone". I thought, uh NO, you are standing there holding a bag. There were 2 people waiting behind me. They heard how she snapped me & walked out when I did.
I called corporate. They told me, they will look into it.
