I recommend the Waterloo for all your catering needs! Not only is the restaurant a great place to eat, it’s also the go-to for all your catering needs. They have catered three of my daughters receptions, as well as several of my business functions. The food and service have been consistently phenomenal-please book them for your next event. Everyone will ask you for their information!

Food was really good and service was even better. This was our first time there and the waitress gave us a piece of hot fudge peanut butter pie to welcome us and omg was it amazing!

Love coming here, especially for breakfast! It's such a comfortable place with beautiful decor and also elegant if you want a fine dining experience. The employees are always so nice and the food is delicious. I love how they still have an operational payphone in the lobby :)

My dad and I used to come here all the time when I was little. We moved away, and I finally got the chance to come home to Ohio last year. This is the first place we went to eat. Food is still amazing, and they still had the coffee mugs I remember as a little girl ♡. The service is and always has been outstanding!

The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Our server was friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I tried the 4-pc chicken w/fries and salad. It came out hot and tasted pretty good. Another person with our party described his dinner as "meh" and his wife felt that her rice pilaf was cold. The server offered to replace it or warm it up but she declined. all in all it was a pretty good evening with friends.

Four of us are at the Waterloo last evening and it was terrific. Fresh, hot meals in short order. Waitress was excellent with just the right amount of attention. My granddaughter gave it a five too. The milkshake was the best ever and she should know.
