I would recommend this place to friends and coworkers. Unique place with a relaxed environment. Good, quick service and the food is excellent. I had The Hollow burger. The cook on the meat and flavor of the habanero ketchup was excellent. I can't wait to go back and try their entrees.

I want to thank mike and all of his staff for making our wedding so amazing, the food hands down the best in the area, staff is so amazing and attentive to every little detail, the atmosphere is awesome. Such a great place to eat and drink.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Hollow last week. I started with dinner with 12 or 13 of my close friends. The food was amazing and our waiter, Curtis, was one of the best I've ever had! (And I work as a server myself!) He was able to attend to our every need and was able to do separate checks without us even asking! Then we had ordered some catered snacks in advance for my next group of friends who joined us playing pool and having fun at a photo booth the Hollow graciously allowed us to set up. Aaron, the bar manager, was awesome as always, Greg Bell, the music promoter and old friend of mine was there and let the pool table stay open for those who wanted to play. Then the opening band, Teddy Midnight and the main act Consider the Source played. Everyone had a great time. I can't be more thankful to Dora and Mike for all they did both in the planning phase (great communication and flexibility) and also how present they were to ensure my guests had a great time. Thank you to all the Hollow staff and Greg Bell for such a special night for me! ALL my best, Amy Fischer
