I had a delightful dining experience at Embers Steakhouse. The perfectly cooked medium rare steak was a highlight, and the wedge salad with Roquefort dressing was amazing. The Brussels sprouts are a must-try. While the service was a bit slow, the location and atmosphere offered a great luxury feel without the pretense. The only downsides were the underwhelming bread basket. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

What an amazing experience! We decided to check the restaurant out as we have been at another Embers in Gainesville, FL., and we new it was really good. However, Embers is not a chain, but the food and service was exceptional! I got filet mignon and my other half got the sea bass. I mean right on spot!! Special mention to Vic, The bartender! His cocktails were just unbelievable! Check out his cocktails! And let's not forget the manager! She was absolutely amazing!!
