I hadn't had BK in a while so was looking forward to it while they were building this spot.
The order was slightly wrong but the staff was quick to fix it. The staff was VERY nice.
The inside was open and clean, well lit and inviting. Food was fine.
Great customer service from the lovely lady in the drive thru window and the establishment!! The great burgerking team made sure I left with everything I paid for (especially since the price of everything has gone up, this is very important to me!) Burger King in general is a great company! The dye free spiderman whopper is great. Beat juice is more preferred than red dye 45!!
I also love they always have a vegan option (even though I am not)

Lately it is hard to go to a fast food place and leave with everything we as customers pay for. Almost every time in the past year that I have gone to a fast food establishment something is forgotten, I am not charged correctly, the quality has gone down hill, or the customer service is worse than ever before.
Then in this self intitled, self victim mentality society when an error is brought to attention the minimum wage employees get self defensive because of all the Karen's in society, and never want to resolve to move on.
It's so hard to get what you paid for or even quality customer service.
Thank you Burger King for providing an experience that I value. As little as it may be.
