This is the best Mexican restaurant you’ll find in Louisiana. They offer several dishes you won’t find at most other Mexican restaurants around here. I highly recommend the “street corn” and mole. The mole recipe comes from the hometown of one of the chefs and is authentic as you’ll ever get. Thank you guys for a great experience!
Tamales was hot and fresh, guacamole very tasty, food was awesome, delicious and seasoned perfect. Our family will continue to bring our business to Mi Tierra in Alexandria and Forest Hill. Good luck Irma!!!! All the little hiccups will work its self out as everyone gets the hang of things.
Loved the food! Everything was so fresh! Hands down the best chips, salsa, pico and guacamole I've ever had. We had the most delicious fajitas and street tacos. Beautiful place and very clean too.
Awesome atmosphere and the food was delicious. Lunch for two people with chips and salsa and water was $25, not bad in my opinion. I will definitely be back.
The food was just as delicious as the Forest Hill location. Our server was great which made for an overall very pleasant experience.

Came in around 11:40: there wasn't a crowd.
The chips and salsa was very good! Great queso dip served here, too.
This has been the only restaurant that I have seen empandas on the menu...ever!
I don't see myself returning soon, but it is a good spot to enjoy some Mexican food.
The waitress was very cordial.
As always, the food was fresh and delicious!!! The staff was also very friendly, kind, and attentive. Could not ask for more.
Loved this place! Got the flatbread and the starburst margarita. Both were very good and the service was awesome! Will definitely be visiting again and will recommend it to anyone!!
I love this restaurant. The decor is so pretty. It was our first time there. We were expecting high prices by the look of the inside. But the prices were on point. And the food was so authentic. It was amazing. You couldn't ask for better service either. I highly recommend. An see us going back. If you have never had authentic Mexicano food, then you need to go.
Fried avocado tacos and shrimp chimcanga. Spelling is probably wrong but delicious. Been soup was very salty served with tacos.
