Best customer service ever hands down! Our son is autistic limited verbal and also battling cancer. Due to his autism, he always wants to eat the same food over and over. About a month ago we started going in at least twice a day. The workers are amazing! Everyone of them took the time to learn Jack's name and genuinely ask about him and how he is feeling. He turned 7 this week and KFC Allen Park got him a full sized birthday cake (toy story) themed and gift cards to use at Disney world for when we take his make a wish trip. Our family is so grateful for the amazing people that work at the Allen park, mi store. They went out of their way to make Jack such a special customer. thank you so much!

Always a good experience when dining in at this location . The only down side it's freezing in there . So if you're dining in you would need to bring a sweater or flannel shirt

Very fast and great chicken. It's sad that most of these places won't survive Covid 19. I pray it doesn't. Buy local.
