First experience at DiMattias Lounge & Restaurant was very good. The building itself is located in a quaint old town. The inside is old, charming and has lots of character. It’s very appealing and cozy. The overall meal was very tasty. The mixed vegetables, sautéed mushrooms and steaks were delicious! The salad to start the meal was just iceberg with too much vinegar, couple onions and one tomato. The lemon drop martinis - made perfect. Based on the side of pasta, I personally would not recommend pasta at those prices. We did enjoy cheese cake at the end of our meal. The waitress was personable and friendly. The only problem was there was only one waitress and bartender. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry, though we were getting hungry. I recommend DiMattia’s Lounge & Restaurant for a quiet dinner out. They do have a few tables outside. Remember service is slow so go before you’re too hungry. Allentown, NJ

The food and the experience here has always been on-point. Great service, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic food! I recommend the the mozzarella sticks and the filet!

Best place in Allentown New Jersey to get food. The chef is outstanding. The customer service is out of this world. The steak is phenomenal along with the penne pasta. The chef has been cooking for many years. It is a family owned restaurant. Coming here and eating the food is just a little part of the experience. Meeting the chef is even more of a greater gift in life that I could’ve ever experienced. This restaurant is hands-down the best in all of New Jersey. He can cook anything. He’s been doing it longer than most people in the industry. He has owned his restaurant longer than anybody in Allentown New Jersey. The chef is A good person. A great guy. With morals and values. The family owned restaurant has been the best thing that has happened to Allentown New Jersey. Coming to this restaurant you’ll see one thing is present a great atmosphere full of laughs and good times. The menu has everything on it you could think of. This is the definition of an Italian style restaurant beyond compare to anything else you will find around.
