Our waitress was MIA much longer than normal cb time after we were seated. Another waitress noticed and this amazing woman, Lisa, came over and took our order. She was literally the nicest person ever and even gave me a hug! I guess she gave our order to our actual waitress, Robin. Lisa even came over after to make sure everything was good. Lisa, you made my whole day! Thank you for being personally invested in the guest experience in your store. You had 4 stars on your apron but you deserve 10!!! Great job! Also, the food was amazing, but that happens every time at cracker barrel!

This placed was packed to the gills, but the service was impeccable. I was sat down, with a minimal wait time of less than 5 minutes on a Sunday morning, which is incredible at how packed this place was. My order was taken promptly, and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. The server was very attentive, and always kept asking if everything was fine. The restroom for men was very clean with always having warm water, soap, and paper towels. I will most definitely visit again!
