My order was correct and very tasty. Shout out to Sophie for her outstanding customer service! That’s hard to come by these days.

Normally pretty good for a Taco Bell but recently they seem to have lost some crew members. They will often close the lobby because of a lack of employees. Great food if you’re just a little patient.

The kids love Taco Bell food. Their mom always do her orders thru the app. and I pick it up. The only downfall is Taco Bell seems confused with the app orders. Either they don't view the app orders ahead and be lost when I pull up for it. Or they need someone who can monitor the screen for app orders to have them prepared by pickup time. Otherwise, I may as well get in the drive thru line and order, because I spend the same amount of time waiting for the food after ordering ahead.
