I have always enjoyed going to Andover Arby's. I have been several times and have always had the best of customer service and my order has always been hot and correct. My friend and I went to Arby's today an was wanting the pecan chicken salad and it has been discontinued but Kim had let us know where we could go to get it. That was very nice but we chose to stay. I had a French dip (my favorite) and my friend had the Wagyu Sandwich (she said it was good). Kim, the General Manager is very nice and went above and beyond. It was nice talking to her today.

Best Arby's in town. Friendly employees, fast service, good food. Everything was hot and not cold like the other ones around town.

The Arby's in Andover was clean and their staff was very friendly. I love to eat at Arby's but I do miss their potato cakes. Those were a treat.
