You don’t have to sacrifice taste to eat healthy. They have good options and sauces for those looking for spicy food too. My wife really likes the spicy kbbq bowl. I am more of the traditionalist half steak, half chicken plate that they have perfected. Very clean place, relaxed atmosphere, and quick service.

Love the healthy choices here. I was a bit bummed at how much fat was on my chicken. Like no trimming was done. So I had to pick thru it. But the flavors are good.
