I ordered the tacos al carbon. They were pretty good. It took about 20 minutes for them to make them and bring them out. It’s definitely not a fast food or fast casual type place. The prices were good. I paid about $3 per taco.
The sauces are really something else, especially the white crema sauce! I got pork and cheese pupusas along with plantains and the Peruvian chicken. The only downside was that the chicken was a little dry, even right after coming home. Still giving it five stars because the sauces, pupusas, and curtido were excellent and fresh. They are also reasonably priced at $2.25 per pupusa as of this review (it’s seemingly difficult to get an idea of prices or menu items without physically going to the store since their online menu doesn’t have a lot of information). If I were to go again I would get two pork pupusas and plantains, more than enough for a hungry person!
The food here is excellent and quick to make there are many options and the people have a winning combination of price quality and flavor totally worth stopping in and better than the average
Ordered the #42 combo Salvadoreño. Came with one pupusa or your choice, a chicken tamal, white rice with beans and fried bananas. 100% recommended. My food was freshly made and flavor was exceptional. Food wait was around 15 min but it arrived super hot and fresh. Ordered to drink the “ensalada de fruta” drink (fruit salad drink) it was a mix of different fruit juices. Really good as well! First time here from Texas!
Fantastic little shop to grab a quick bite. The service was great and friendly (quick to get you in-and-out fast). Very convenient especially if you want good take-out. If you need to practice your Spanish I recommend you visit because the staff is very nice and easy to talk with.
Without exaggeration the best burrito I have ever had! I ordered a beef burrito (with a couple of chicken pupusas on the side) and I was amazed how big the burrito was. The beef was cooked to perfection and on top of that, it was huge! I love eating in large portions and to get something big and good at the same time gives this restaurant my 5 star rating. Also, customer service was great. The people were nice and had my order ready at the time of when I ordered pickup. I will be returning and ordering the beef burrito again.
