The lady that took my order was really nice. The food was subpar. I ordered "chili mac" and the chili was good but the other red sauce poured on top was sort of this weird extremely tangy thick hot sauce like condiment (leave that off if you want to try this) and this was all on top of spaghetti noodles, not macaroni noodles or mac and cheese, so that was confusing. May try it again because I know what to expect next time.

Little shocked when we walked in. They had the self service kiosk machines. I like the concept especially in these new times.. Hadn't been to this location in a while. It was pretty empty. I thought it was closed when we pulled up.
The burgers were good and the fries were fresh.

Burgers and shakes are good. Decent sized burgers. Customer service could improve a little more maybe starting inside of the dining room for customers who want to come in and eat. Play music well that’s how I remembered the Steak ‘n Shake back then at the Las Colinas location. Employees are great just maybe push some enthusiasm :) in the atmosphere

I have been to steak and shake many times in various locations. I ran by this location to grab some food for me and several co-workers. It was the greasiest and nastiest food I ever had from steak and shake. The burger wrappers were transparent they were so wet with grease. A couple co-workers ate about half before they could not eat anymore. This was the first time several had steak and shake and they indicated they never wanted more.

It looks like theyre going out if business.
There's literally nothing on the counters but self serve kiosks, no human acknowledges you except to yell put your number from counter, there's no condiments, no music playing so it's so awkward and quiet at 1pm on Saturday.... feels like death in here. Not up to par with what they were. Move on.

If I could give less stars I definitely would. All of our burgers and fries were cold. And the "meat patty" was basically non existent! Never ever will I be back.

Went to pick up an Uber waiting for almost 30 minutes for the order & it was wrong. Went inside had to get the correct order & still waited for them to make it. 😑 It wasn't even busy either so idk why they were behind making customer mobileorders.

LMAO the ordering system sucks, four machines only one works. Can’t customize burgers well done, nor fries crispy. Terrible system for those with troubled eyesight or elderly. Workers don’t want to be bothered.. Get it together *laughing while crying emoji* gees
